Parthenon in Verden (Aller)

Known this restaurant from Langwedler times, and always enjoyed going there. For some time now we have been disappointed again and again. The portions got smaller and smaller, the quality of the meat is no longer the same. Gyros is very greasy and fluffy. The salad dressing tastes like nothing but when it is stretched. Otherwise I was looking forward to the salad. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer suitable for such a quality. You're happy to pay a little more if the quality is right. It's really a shame.

Food is great. It would be nice if it was open for lunch on Sunday as well.

We had food delivered and it arrived hot. Unfortunately, about half of the gyros was pure fat. Otherwise we had better quality in the restaurant

Fortunately, even in times of the pandemic, our favorite Greek is available for out-of-home orders. Delicious as always! We are already looking forward to hopefully being able to sit in the great garden next summer ...

We had ordered by phone. The food was delivered 20 minutes later and still warm. The delivery man - a young Greek - was very friendly. Very tasty and absolutely fresh gyros with seasoned rice and vegetables .. Schnitzel in white wine sauce also very good. Amount more than adequate - you could hardly eat it. There was also a free wine. Absolutely okay in terms of price. 100% recommendation!

Super nice service ... Evi is the heart of the house ... you feel at home, everything looks super nice and the garden is a dream ... a very clean restaurant. I can recommend it with a good heart and will be happy to go back every time.

Very nice service, food was ok, it went really quickly, delicious schnapps before and after the meal. Very child friendly. We will come back.

Quite excellent! The best restaurant in all of Verden, and probably beyond. I can only recommend everyone to stop by here once (and then more and more often)! Only the service is a bit cheeky;) We felt very comfortable.

We have eaten in this restaurant several times, so far always satisfied. Today our food was forgotten i.e. Wait a total of an hour for the food. The meat wasn't done, sauces were diluted like water .. and for the dish that cost € 13.50 last month we had to pay € 18.50 today, there is nothing against a price increase but € 5 more? !! It's a shame, but we'll look for another Greek.

Unfortunately one of the worst restaurant experiences to date. Nice outside area and solid salad bar, but that was the only positive thing. Table distances are sometimes not kept outside with regard to corona and waiters do not always wear a mask. The food was wrong three times and also delivered cold, the bread was rock hard and the pork wasn't through! In addition, long waiting time for the food, although it was normal during the week. Not again, unfortunately.

Very attentive and friendly service staff. The food was also great. Two star deduction because you don't take Corona protection seriously (some staff only wear mouth and nose protection around their necks and guests without protective masks are also tolerated).

A successful outdoor area, with a bird cage and garden pond. You can sit and eat very well here.

It couldn't be worse! Ordered food for 95 euros. Extremely little and all sticky watery. The worst: A few hours later the whole family is vomiting !!! Call the restaurant directly to describe this. It was simply said cheekily that they have nothing to do with it. BRUTALLY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very nice service. Furnishing and atmosphere cozy. The food was delicious and the portions large enough. Price performance is right. The music should be a little louder :)
